Exclusive Mark (M) Sdn Bhd, or EM, was formed in 1991 principally for manufacturing food and beverage centered only on quality standards. On 12 March 2003, EM became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNI. Apart from manufacturing, the company also distributes and supply a multitude of foodstuffs and beverages for CNI Enterprise. EM is located within the CNI headquarters, and is accredited to the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art food and beverage manufacturing facilities. In 2002, the Company was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP (Food Safety) certifications in 2002 from Sci-Qual International, Australia. |
